1. How does it work?

• Send your photo(s) and instructions via WhatsApp.
• You usually receive the edited photos back within a few seconds.
• Your WhatsApp number is your identification; you do not need to create an account.

2. Can I have a photo edited multiple times?

• Yes, you can continue on the same photo by replying to the previously sent message.
• Keep in mind that with each new edit, the quality may decrease slightly.

3. Are there any tricks?

• If the result is not to your liking, continue with the photo that provides the best foundation.
• In a WhatsApp group, you need to address the chat with @ to perform edits.
• If you are deeply involved in a story, you need to indicate that you want the story to stop. Otherwise, sometimes elements from the story carry over into new actions.

4. What about my credits?

• Each operation costs 3 credits. Creating 2 credits and querying 1 credit.
• You can always check your current credit amount via the WhatsApp chat.

5. What happens when my credits run out?

• You will automatically receive a message with a link to purchase additional credits.
• You buy bundles of your choice, for example €5 for 75 credits.
